Mushrooms are the anchor of our ecological farming practice — a source of powerful, restorative nutrition & medicine for people.

We produce and forage mushrooms including blue oyster, lions mane, black pearl king oyster, shiitake, and others seasonally.

Our offerings include fresh mushrooms, dried powders, tincture extracts, grow your own kits. Each season we welcome members to join our CSA for weekly shares.

The mushrooms we grow are packed with antioxidants, fiber, vitamins B &D, Iron and are one of the few foods with a complete amino acid profile.

Regular fresh mushroom consumption offers your body a potent “adaptogen” which supports and balances your immune system.

We are Certified Naturally Grown and offer the highest quality mushrooms possible to our community, using low energy systems and solar power to run the farm.
