Mushrooms are a delicious and incredibly nutritious food & medicine. We grow blue oyster, king oyster, lion's mane, shiitake, along with other species on logs from sustainable materials. When available, we also forage wild mushrooms and share them with members.
We are Certified Naturally Grown and offer the highest quality mushrooms possible to our community.
The mushrooms we harvest are packed with antioxidants, vitamins B &D, Iron and are one of the few foods with a complete amino acid profile. Regular fresh mushroom consumption offers your body a potent “adaptogen” which supports and balances your immune system.

The Basics
We split the growing season into Spring/Summer/Fall seasons. This year we did a better job aligning the dates and seasons, with 10 weeks each for spring and fall, and 12 weeks of summer shares. Choose half or full pound per week, and get a mix of the harvest we have on hand.
In reality, you get an average of this amount per week - each season we have weeks that are a bit under production, and some that are overly abundant. When we miss a share one week, we make it up to you within the season!
We get lots of interesting questions on species info, cooking tips, recipes, and preserving mushrooms and have an online hub where all this info lives to help you make the most of the shrooms you receive.

We offer tiered pricing for our CSA based on household income, to increase access to our products. Those who can afford to pay more support our ability to provide for others in our community who cannot. We also offer payment plans to work with your budget which just requires a deposit through the online credit card system.
Half Pound: $6/$7/$8 per week
Full Pound: $11/$13/$15 per week
