We split the growing season into Spring/Summer/Fall seasons. Each is 12 weeks of mushrooms, except for the FALL share at Ithaca Wednesday Farmers market, which is 10 weeks since the market closes at the end of October. Choose half or full pound per week, and get a mix of the harvest.
